"To do a Brody" or "Pull a Brodi" is a miraculous maneuver or stunt. 

This comes from "Steve Brodie", the first man to survive the 135 foot jump from the Brooklyn Bridge. In 1885, right after the Brooklyn Bridge was built, Brody bragged he could survive the fall, and did.

Alternate definition from the online dictionary: A person you cant help but love.  A player but very attractive.  A guy that everybody loves but he breaks a lot of hearts.  Another word for spinning donuts in a car or truck on or off.

After weeks of recording we finally got the equipment to work almost right and got the sound we wanted.  So to celebrate, Andrew and Brodi went out for one beer, after another.  Brodi woke up the next day asking himself, “What happened?”
